The Initial Consultation

Once you have checked out our website, you may now want to enter into an attorney-client relationship with our firm.  In order to accomplish that, you must have an initial consultation with one of our attorneys – either face-to-face (usually at our offices) or a phone consultation.  Depending on the nature of your particular matter, we typically charge a flat fee for the initial consultation.  The goal in this important first meeting is to assess your current situation, and advise what steps we recommend to achieve the results you desire, while providing a fixed fee or estimated fee range for our services.
